R.I. District 3790 Mid-Year Review Report Shows RCDE Soaring!


The Rotary International District 3790 Mid-Year Review Report shows that RCDE contributed a lot in accomplishing the District Goals in the first six months of the Rotary Year 2009-2010:  
  • Increase Membership by 20% - RCDE has increased membership from 50+ to 80.
  • All Clubs should contribute a minimum of $1000 to the TRF- RCDE’s contribution is $4000+ and counting
  • All Clubs should have membership of at least 25 members – RCDE has 80!
  • All Clubs should conduct Service Projects in Health, Hunger, Water and Literacy – RCDE has conducted several service projects e.g. conducted Simultaneous Medical Mission in Barangays Talibaew, Calasiao and Pantal, Dagupan City, Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng Relief Operations, donation of 150 Life vests to Dagupan City, Cash donations (P100,000) to GMA Kapuso Foundation and ABS-CBN Foundation, Rotaract and Interact Orientation and Leadership Seminar, Sponsored DepEd Region I Regional English Read-a-thon.
  • Conduct Rotary International PR Campaign – RCDE constructed a Police/POSO outpost as part of its PR Campaign for the Rotary
  • Have at least one member who will join the Paul Harris Society- RCDE IPP Boy Rayos joined the PHS and pledged to contribute $1,000 every year.
  • Conduct Highly Innovative, Educational and Enjoyable Meetings- RCDE meetings are the Best!
  • RCDE also received awards (the only club in Cluster 2B to receive an award) during the Mid-Year Review namely:




    1. Top Club in Membership Growth
    2. One of the Highest Delegates in all District Affairs during the Mid-Year of Rotary Year 2009-2010

RCDE Receives Two Mid-Year Review Awards





The Rotary Club of Dagupan East received two awards at the Mid-Year Review of the Rotary International District 3790. These two awards were:
• Top Club in Membership Growth
• One of the Highest Delegates in all District Affairs during the Mid-Year of Rotary Year 2009-2010




The Mid-Year Review was held at the JTC Mall, Bantay, Ilocos Sur last January 16, 2010. The RCDE Members who attended the event were: President Mario Lim, Past District Governor Nelson Yuchongtian, Secretary and soon to be Assistant Governor Tonypats Patungan, President Nominee Sundie Lorica, Secretary-Elect and soon to be Cluster 2B Secretary Simon Vistro, Director Chris Blancaflor, Director-Elect Manda Abratique, Director-Elect Vincent San Pedro, Rtn. Arnold Esguerra, Rtn. Chounlai Dela Cruz, Rtn. Angelo Cerezo and Honorary Member PDG Mark Go.

RCDE New Year's Resolutions

New Year’s Resolution for RCDE:

1.      Sustain attendance until the end of President Mario’s term.
2.      More Paul Harris Fellows please. Or be a 100% Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member Club.
3.      Meet the next R.I. President.
4.      Appreciate the Finest Moment
5.      Get that Matching Grant!
7.      More attendance in District Affairs. So we’ll always be the no. 1 delegation!
8.      Recruit and Retain.
9.      Always live the Four Way Test
10. Continue practicing Service Above Self
