Chefs on Parade 2011: Ultimate Asian Showdown

Here's an event that all culinary professionals, students and enthusiasts in the Philippines are waiting for. Culinary Professionals and students are ecstatic that CHEFS ON PARADE is back. The Chefs on Parade event this year will take on the theme: ULTIMATE ASIAN SHOWDOWN. It is evident that the culinary industry is constantly evolving and the Chefs in the Philippines will not be left behind. It is aimed towards showcasing skills and talents of globally competitive culinary experts as well as to showcase equally global products and services of the Hotel and Restaurant Industry in the Philippines.
CHEFS ON PARADE is an event organized by the 58 year old HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES. It has been organized by the association since the early 1970’s. Now on its 27th run, it is Asia’s longest running culinary competition which gathers thousands of culinary professionals and students from the Philippines and the rest of Asia for an exciting gastronomic event that has become a wellspring of talented and creative culinary experts. 
COP 2011 is a uniquely focused 3-day festival of competitions, tastings and celebrity chef appearances. It will be held on February 10, 11 and 12, 2011 at the SMX Convention Center, Seashell Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Philippines.
